Quadrant Town Planning has significant experience within the education sector advising schools, colleges and universities on new proposals.

Work includes strategic property advice and the submission of planning applications for new provision. Such proposals require extensive pre application consultation and co-ordination in order to secure the necessary buy-in for new education facilities and Quadrant leads on this process.

A key part of our work is creating the right planning framework in order to facilitate the relocation or rationalisation of an existing facility.  This may be through obtaining planning permission or agreeing a planning brief/SPD for an alternative use on the site in order to maximise the potential disposal receipt.
